Specifically, Mashalot.ai does not use any user data obtained from Gmail, Google Calendar, or other Google Workspace APIs to train, develop, or improve generalized machine learning or AI models. All data accessed via these APIs is used strictly to enable features requested by the user, such as:
- Sending job application emails through the user’s Gmail account
- Reading application-related responses to detect interview invitations
- Creating calendar events for interview reminders
We do not sell, transfer, or use Workspace API data — whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived — for any unrelated purposes. All handling of Google Workspace user data is compliant with Google’s Limited Use policy and done solely to support user-facing features within Mashalot.ai.
